Subscription & billing

Paid plans are subscriptions and renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly, quarterly, or yearly, as selected). You may cancel at any time via your customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; you keep access until then.

Refund policy

14-day money-back guarantee from the date of initial purchase. Email support@nereidalabs.com within 14 days for a full refund, no questions asked. After day 14, refunds at our discretion for legitimate edge cases (double-billing, stuck activations).

Acceptable use

You may not redistribute the plugin or its license token, attempt to bypass the licensing system, or use the plugin to host illegal content. License keys are issued to a specific customer and may not be transferred without our written approval.

Use of the site

You may browse, link to, and reference public pages here. You may not scrape, mirror, or republish substantial portions without permission.

Disclaimer

The site and software are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nereida Labs disclaims all warranties, express or implied. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last twelve months.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, USA.
