Privacy Policy

Nereida Labs respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect, why, and what we never do.

What we collect

• Customer data: name, email, billing address. Collected only when you purchase a license. Stored to fulfill your order, send receipts, and contact you about your account.
• Payment data: handled by PayPal. We never see or store full card numbers. PayPal is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified.
• Plugin telemetry: the only outbound call the plugin makes on a daily basis is a license revalidation, which sends your JWT, your hashed activation code, and your site domain to our licensing API. No usage statistics, no analytics, no version pings beyond what is required to validate the license.
• Server logs: standard web server access logs (IP, user agent, request URL) retained for 30 days for security and abuse mitigation.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your data. Ever.
• We do not embed third-party trackers, advertising pixels, Facebook beacons, or session replay tools on this site.
• We do not run Google Analytics. If we add analytics, it will be a privacy-respecting tool such as Plausible.
• We do not aggregate or sell behavioral data.

Cookies

This site uses functional cookies only (session, CSRF, preference). No advertising cookies. No cookie banner is presented because none of the cookies require consent under GDPR.

Subprocessors

• PayPal — payments, subscription billing, refunds
• Cloudflare — content delivery, DDoS protection, DNS
• SendGrid / Postmark (or equivalent) — transactional email

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correction, or deletion at any time by emailing support@nereidalabs.com. We honor all GDPR and CCPA requests regardless of where you are based.
