End User License Agreement
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") governs your use of any software product distributed by Nereida Labs (the "Software"). By installing or using the Software, you agree to these terms.
Grant of license
The Software is licensed, not sold. Subject to your payment of applicable fees and ongoing compliance with this EULA, Nereida Labs grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on the number of sites permitted by your active subscription tier.
Tier seat counts
- Free: 1 site
- Business: 3 sites
- Enterprise: unlimited sites
"Site" means a distinct WordPress installation identified by its site_url() host.
Source inspection
Where the Software ships as plain PHP, you (the licensee) may inspect the source for security review purposes. The licensing layer is obfuscated to protect the cryptographic verifier; you may not attempt to deobfuscate it.
Restrictions
- No redistribution, resale, or sublicensing of the Software or your license token without written permission.
- No removal of copyright notices or license headers.
- No modification or reverse engineering of the licensing layer.
- Modifications elsewhere in the Software are at your own risk and void the support agreement.
Updates
While your subscription is active, you receive product updates including security fixes via the customer portal.
Termination
This license terminates automatically if you breach its terms or cancel your subscription. On termination, you must remove all copies of the Software from your systems within 30 days.
License version
The Software is also released under the GNU General Public License v2 or later in accordance with the terms required for WordPress plugins. To the extent of any conflict, the GPL controls for redistribution rights — but the seat-count and licensing-layer-obfuscation restrictions above are commercial conditions on the licensing token, not on the plain-PHP source.
