Pricing FAQ
How does the 14-day refund work?
Email support@nereidalabs.com within 14 days of purchase. We refund through PayPal within five business days, no questions asked. After day 14, refunds are at our discretion for legitimate edge cases (double-billing, stuck activations).
Can I change tiers mid-cycle?
Yes. Upgrade through PayPal or by emailing support; the new tier takes effect immediately and we prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal so you keep what you paid for.
Are there volume discounts for agencies?
Enterprise covers unlimited sites under one license — that is our agency play. If you need a multi-tenant setup with separate billing per client, email us and we will work something out.
Do you charge sales tax or VAT?
Prices are in USD as listed. PayPal applies your jurisdiction's tax at checkout where required (EU VAT, certain US states). For purchase orders or tax-exempt status, email support before purchase.
Can I get an invoice for accounting?
PayPal automatically emails a receipt after each charge that works for most accounting workflows. If your accounts payable team needs a formal invoice with NET-30 terms (Enterprise only), email billing@nereidalabs.com.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, plus PayPal balance and bank-linked PayPal accounts — anything PayPal's checkout supports. Currency is USD only at this time.
