Invoices, plan changes, payment methods, and cancellation. All managed through your PayPal account.

Where to manage your subscription

All Nereida Labs subscriptions are billed through PayPal. To change your plan, update your funding source, or cancel:

  1. Sign in to PayPal → Settings → Payments → Manage automatic payments.
  2. Find Nereida Labs in the list of merchants.
  3. From there you can change funding sources, cancel the subscription (takes effect at end of current period), or view payment history.

Receipts are emailed by PayPal automatically after each successful charge. If you need a receipt re-sent, email support@nereidalabs.com with the order date.

Refunds

14-day money-back guarantee from the date of initial purchase. Email support@nereidalabs.com within 14 days for a full refund. We process refunds via PayPal within five business days.
