ERR-002: License has expired
Your subscription period ended.
What it means
Your license has a valid_until date encoded in it, and that date is in the past. This happens for two reasons: (1) your subscription was cancelled and the period ended, or (2) we couldn't charge your funding source on the renewal date.
Fix it
- Visit /account/billing to check your subscription status.
- If the renewal failed, sign in to PayPal and verify your funding source (card, bank, or PayPal balance) is current.
- PayPal will retry the charge automatically; your license auto-renews on success.
- If you want to manually re-activate after a billing fix, click Renew now on /account/licenses.
