You've hit our rate limit.
What it means
We rate-limit license validations at 30 requests per minute per IP. You probably triggered this by clicking Activate repeatedly while debugging.
Fix it
Wait 60 seconds, try again.
If you're hitting this on a normal install (no rapid-fire clicking), it means a caching layer or proxy is multiplying your requests. Email support@nereidalabs.com with your IP address and we'll diagnose.
