ERR-003: Activation code does not match
The activation code you typed doesn't match the one we issued for this license.
What it means
Each license key is paired with a separate activation code — a 25-character string in five groups of five (e.g. SXTWW-BARU2-N9UC6-HSTFV-MRKC3). The code you typed, when hashed, doesn't match what's encoded in the license.
Fix it
- Activation codes are case-insensitive; the plugin uppercases before comparing.
- Copy and paste from your purchase email rather than re-typing.
- Make sure no trailing space sneaked in from the copy.
- The activation code is separate from the license key — they are two different strings.
Still broken?
The activation code is shown only once at issuance. If you've genuinely lost it, email support@nereidalabs.com and we'll re-issue (your old license becomes void; we'll send a new pair).
