Standard policy

If you are not satisfied with a Nereida Labs product, contact support@nereidalabs.com within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

Exclusions

• Refund requests filed more than 30 days after purchase.
• Renewals after the first 14 days following the renewal charge.

How to request

Email support@nereidalabs.com with your order number and a brief reason. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.
