End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (EULA) governs your use of any software product distributed by Nereida Labs.

Grant of license

Subject to payment and ongoing compliance with this EULA, Nereida Labs grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software on the number of sites permitted by your license tier.

Restrictions

• No redistribution, resale, or sublicensing without written permission.
• No removal of copyright notices or license headers.
• No reverse engineering except as expressly permitted by applicable law.

Updates

While your license is active, you receive product updates including security fixes.

Termination

This license terminates automatically if you breach its terms. On termination, you must remove all copies of the software from your systems.
